The full story began when I had my little girl. Without her, Footballher might never have existed. The issue first became apparent to me on Oxford Street back in 2022 during the Women's Euros.

I wandered in and out of every major sports retailer, looking for football clothing for my daughter, specifically designed for girls, in terms of fit, style and colour. Unfortunately, everything I found was standard 'unisex' or boys designs, making it impossible to find anything suitable.

That's when I decided to take action. I didn’t want my daughter, or any other women or girls, to feel like they couldn’t participate in football simply because of the lack of clothing available to them.

After sitting on this idea for about a year to see if anything was being done about the issue, it became clear that not much progress was being made. Fast forward to 2024, that when I decided to turn this dream into a reality. The brand instantly gained huge traction on social media with thousands of other people experiencing the very same problem as me.

I have now made it my mission to ensure that no woman or girl will ever again face the problem of not being able to find football clothing that makes them feel confident and included on the pitch.
