What size should I buy? Plus

Can I cancel or change my order? Plus

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How do I return an item? Plus

To return an item, contact us by email on support@footballher.co.uk to request a returns form. Place item securely in its original packaging and return form provided, then mail to the following address:

Footballher, Unit C The Sidings, Station Road Industrial Estate, Ampthill, Bedfordshire MK45 2QY

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Footballher are not liable until the parcel has arrived at footballer hq.
